Here are what you need to make pancake:
White flour: 185g
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Caster sugar: 2 tbsp
2 eggs
Milk: 330 ml
Milk butter: 25g or 1 tbsp (later need to be melted)
Sunflower oil
1- Mix dry ingredients very well
2- Add the eggs, milk and butter, then mix them until you get a smooth paste
3- Cover the bowl of paste with cling film and leave it for 15 minutes
4- Pour enough sunflower oil inside a mid size pan and let it be hot
5- Pour roughly 2 tbsp of batter into the pan. After one side turn to a slight brown, change the side. Continue until all the paste is used up.
You may wish to serve your pancake alongside honey, cold or hot!
